Processing Time
Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Our shipping department is not available on Saturday, Sunday and on New Zealand National Holidays. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday are usually processed by Monday or end of Tuesday. However, it is important to know that during peak seasons and time of unusually high order volume, that time may increase a bit to as much as 4 business days.
